Great experience Carnt wait to start my own
Was so good really enjoyed found out a lot of what I will be doing an Liz is a good teacher an can understand her she was so outgoing and listening to us as well fantastic

Chair Based Exercise for adults!
The course was set out with a good pace.
Inspiring, informative & enjoyable.
The trainer’s time keeping was good although not all participants.
Might I suggest too requesting participants to mute...

Brilliant course, would highly recommend.
