You placed your order from within an EU country. As a result the UK VAT content was deducted from the value of your order. This was done during the checkout process. If effect, you were given a 20% export discount. UK customers cannot receive this discount. When the parcel arrives in your country you are required to pay any local charges and import tax. Hello, Forgive me but your 1 star review is unfair. This is not the place to report that your parcel has yet to arrive. Your package was shipped from the UK to the USA on the 29th of November 2023. We are leaving this response on the 11th December 2023. That's just 12 days after your parcel was shipped. You were sent tracking information. We have tracked your parcel and today it is showing at 'ready for delivery'. We would expect that your parcel is now with you or will arrive shortly. From a postal point of view you placed your order at the busiest time of year. You really do need to allow a little more time for your parcel to arrive.
