We are so sorry to hear you felt the catering provided was unimpressive, we was trying out a new catering supplier. Which due to feedback we have now reverted back to our existing supplier, we hope to make up for this on your return in the future :)

Thought the course was drawn out. Could have been done in a couple of days.

I am so sorry to hear you thought the course was drawn out and could have been 2 days instead of 3. Unfortunately as a training provider we have to go off the accrediting bodies durations and ratios and they state the course is a 3 day course with 3 delegates on. We want to make sure everything is covered and all members of your team left competent and confident to operate the lift truck.

We are very happy to hear that the instructor put you at ease and that he covered everything in detail. We look forward to seeing you in the future for further training :)
