Yes The fact that I was helped by real people who knew their job and treated me with respect was an important factor in my rating. I was not greeted with a "hi" helped.

Geoffrey Pharoah was excellent. Suzanne Fagence Cooper was very disappointing. The art was clearly not her period and her knowledge of places visited seemed rudimentary.
