We do pride ourselves on our choice of courier service as we feel it is very important that our customers can track their items to the very point of delivery, as the estimated delivery time has its advantages such as not having to wait in all day as I'm sure you know.

Hi I ordered a size 3 boot for my daughter nd was sent a size 4 they told me guess ave changed there sizes so a 4 is a 3 even tho it said a 4 inside

As we explained on the phone often some brands do not convert their UK and EU sizes properly. This therefore means we do our best to convert them properly for you. So despite you having received what Guess stated was a UK 4 in the shoe it did also say EU 36 which is in fact a UK 3 which matched our label and what you ordered. Sadly these obviously came up slightly too big which is obviously a huge shame.
If in future you are confused by any of our sizing or fittings then do not hesitate to gives us a call for advice,
