Great price as a refurb but you can't program it to use with a different remote. Speaker was to be used with my wife's TV and she refuses to use 2 remotes for the same TV. Very inconvenient.
Soundbar will not stay connected to tv!! I emailed your company a couple of days ago and have not heard back!! Soundbar disconnects from Tv when tv is turned off, when changing stations and bar power...

I reprogramed according to your instructions and soundbar still shuts off from time to time. Thought it might have been power outages but occurred without an outage this week. Reset soundbar again we will see????
