Hi Clare, we are sorry that your Pug did not get to before Christmas. We completed and shipped your order on time and can only imagine that it has got lost in the postal system. Royal Mail state that it's not lost until 10 working days have passed. That will be the 7th Jan. If you can contact us then we shall send on a replacement. Apologies again, Royal Mail have been very good during the busy season and thankfully we have had very few that have gone missing. Wait to hear from you. Regards
