Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for your review. We are saddened to hear that DPD did not deliver your parcel to your home address and instead delivered it to a pick-up shop. We will certainly raise this with our DPD account manager, as this is not a standard that we would expect. We can confirm that a safe place to leave your parcel can be selected by viewing your tracking information. Hello, Thank you for your review. We are currently living through very challenging times and just like you, our company and our suppliers are all feeling the impact of rising inflation. Yora is an expensive food to manufacture and contains approximately 25% more insect ingredients than other insect brands. As we use whole insects that are farmed especially for us, we are afraid this does come at a price, and other factors such as labour and driver costs are increasing for all businesses which we could no longer absorb and have had to pass onto our customers. We will do our very best to lower our prices as soon as we are able, without compromising the quality of our food.
