order arrived fairly but I was very disappointed that the pen boxes had been sent in a plastic envelope and therefore the boxes were squashed on arrival and I could not use them to store the 60 pens

(additional) the post office shop were very quick to reply to my earlier comments and also helped to restore their good service in my eyes.
Delivery took over a week after being advised that the item had been despatched which was disappointing. Other than that everything else was fine.
