Website errored but still completed when i thought it hadnt. Package took 3 daus to arrive after shipment despite it being from the Post Office. Very poor.

Please accept my apologies that you experienced issues when using our website and that you were unhappy with the time taken for your order to be delivered to you.
I can see from the information on your order that it was placed using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery option.
We do state on our Delivery Information page that orders placed using this delivery service can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order to arrive with customers.
As your order was delivered three days after it had been dispatched, it was within the given timeframe.
Regarding the website issues you experienced whilst trying to place your order, I have passed your comments onto our website team so that this can be further looked into.
I bought a book of stamps from the online post office shop as they are a lot cheaper than local newsagents etc however the delivery took nearly a week to arrive!! So in short if you buy from the post...

If your order did not arrive within this timeframe, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you further.
Package arrived but were seriously damaged. Fortunately the labels we ordered were OK but a ripped bag does not give me.confidence in ordering anything else.
