Never Use!
Never use this service, or any other for that matter. They offer a 24 hour free cancellation, but the hotel hits you with a 2 night fee. BS!

It was not at all obvious that the package I bought wasn’t all-inclusive. Get this: the “European package” is the one that DOESN’T include food? Do Europeans not eat?
