I made a reservation and paid in advance. However, I had to cancel that reservation shortly afterwards. The cancellation process was simple. Additionally, the refund was processed promptly.

Horrible. I booked a hotel on the wrong dates. Went to change and hour later and lost half my money to cancelation fees.
