Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear your booking experience didn't meet expectations. It sounds like you've purchased a 'pay now' property when booking online. Wotif still gives customers the option of paying in advance on many properties at the time of booking, and we've now added the option of paying later (when you check out) on many properties as well. If the property you select offers both of these options, you can select which payment option suits you best.
