Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Had a nice experience opening an account, I do not like the idea of no tellers for customer service. I will see in time if it is an environment I’m comfortable with.

Should you need to open additional accounts in the future, you may find it even easier and more convenient to open them online or through our app (it takes less than 4 minutes :) ). While some of our branches don’t have the traditional teller line, rest assured that our friendly branch staff is always there to help with questions.
