1st class service, only concern was difference between description of item on website and on delivery note, website said mother of pearl / onyx, delivery note said black and white checks. Clarified...

Many thanks for your comments , somtimes the descriptions on our invoices and internal paperwork do vary slightly from the web descriptions - usuallly to help our picking and packing staff to recognise products in house. I'm glad we were able to put your mind at rest and we look forward to being of service again in the future.
Online order was quick and easy. Delivery was much sooner than expected. This is my only experience of Woods of Shropshire, but it was an excellent one.
