I am sorry to hear of your negative experience.
Unfortunately, once your goods have been dispatched, they can no longer be collected in-store 2 days later. Online orders are often delivered by couriers, and once the goods are in a transport network, they cannot be recalled. This is considered to be standard with almost all online orders in the UK.
The wait for a refund, was due to the fact we require the goods returned to us, before we can issue a refund. As you did not accept the delivery and we were not informed of this, the couriers were then responsible for returning the goods to our depot. As soon as the goods were safely back with us we issues the refund. We understand that a further delay was caused by your own banking service, which is not something that we can affect.
I am genuinely sorry about your experience, but we do not think that we could have done anything more on this occasion. There are of course some drawbacks when ordering online which should always be taken into consideration.
