Hello Laura, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that you were disappointed by the cost of your journey. Our prices are in line with the travel industry. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Hello Dave, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are disappointed by the cost of your journey and the timetable on our Portsmouth Harbour to Ryde route. Further sailings are added in busier periods and our passenger numbers are monitored so we continue to provide a service in line with the demand.
