Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

It's not to do with the actual Whistles staff. The courier took too long. If you order on River Island, the clothes come the next day.

service quite good, but next day delivery not communicated as well re Hermes as used to be re DPD where you can respond to leave in a "safe place"

Hermes courier never delivers on time. By the time I received the item, and saw that the fit wasn't for me, most other similar items were sold out.

Needs more substantial packaging

The ordering was good, website ok. But the packaging was thin and insubstantial for something as delicate as a ring. Subsequently it was slightly bent on arrival.
