We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Customer service is disappointing..

Hermes did not deliver the order. Whistles' customer service did not reply back to my email.

Whistles customer service has contacted me today and informed me; they would now have to assume that this item is missing in transit regrettably. They apologized. I requested a refund and will share another update when I actually receive the refund.

People in the shops are polite but inefficient with little knowledge of the service, all went wrong v with my purchase, size not available on the shop advise to buy online, dress will arrive in 24h,...

The problem still unsolved, after 14 days, 5 visits to the shops, 2 calls to the help desk and more email to the help desk, still I don't have the money back. The worst thing is not the money itself, but the fact has any clue about the situation: - The shop itself cannot trace the return - The help desk doesn have anything in the system for this item I have the receipt and I want my money back
