Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Expensive, but worth it.

A very good service which reclaimed a very tidy sum for me. Rated 4 stars because I do think their fees of 25% could be lower.

Slow process

No communication, I had to continually call to ask for updates, each time I called I spoke to a different operator. My call appeared to to remind operator to deal with my claim.

Thank you for taking time to complete this feedback - we apologise for your feelings of frustration with the time taken to complete your successful claim for mis-sold PPI compensation.

Unfortunately, as each claim is dealt with on an individual basis, the time taken to process can vary dependant on numerous external factors including the specific creditor we are liaising with or any contact restrictions we observe with the claimant. It is unusual, but not unheard of, for successful claims to take four months from when we receive the fully completed paperwork.
