Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

WCF Chandlers is a local supplier of domestic heating oil and commercial fuel; who is proud of their heritage and commitment to customer service. Formerly known as Chandlers Oil and Gas, the company was established in 1935 and sold 'everything from a tin tack to a combine harvester'. WCF Ltd acquired the company in 2012 and it was rebranded as WCF Chandlers. WCF Ltd is a private company established in 1911 which operates in several sectors including specialist distribution and is proud to be partly owned by its employees. WCF Chandlers is proud to be a long-standing part of the local community, supplying everything from kerosene, red diesel and gas oil, to lubricants, additives and oil tank monitors.
