Firstly, I am sorry that you weren't completely happy with the booking experience on this occasion. I believe this may be down to a technical fault at the time and we will investigate to try and find out the cause to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
At the time of booking, our Low Deposit scheme should have been offered to you on the phone and I apologise the scheme was not offered.

Very useful site for I.O.M. information
Jamie at I.O.Man booking service was really efficient in securing me late booked accommodation,for which i have paid. I've not yet received confirmation ,but hopefully i soon will.
