Had an issue with my order, was delivered the wrong size Liquid. But the customer service was friendly and helpful, sorted me out in a few days.

I only gave 4 stars because when I opened the box containing my items it looked like they had been thrown in, obviously stuff gets jumbled in the mail but after I repacked it I gave the box a shake...
I canāt fault the service but the flavours all have a similar off taste.

Hello! I can confirm that we have no common ingredients that span across our range. We source only the most premium flavour ingredients and expertly craft them into each and every one of our flavours. The only difference between ourselves and other 'Premium eliquid companies' is our price tag, so don't let that fool you!
I am sad to read that you didn't find a flavour that's right for you, however at the time of writing, we are 4.8 out of 5 stars on Google, and 4.6/5 stars on Feefo, so we must be doing something right!
It might be worth checking on your set-up, or ensuring that you are changing your coils in-between trying our different juices. If that doesn't help, please get in touch and we can recommend some different flavours (we have over 100!) that would be perfect for your individual taste and set-up.
