We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that one of your plants was slightly weedy-looking. It's good to hear that it's doing better now. Give them some protection over winter using a fleece or by moving them if they're in pots to a more sheltered position. In spring, prune all buddleja stems back to 3 or 4 buds from the previous year’s growth and apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost around the base of the plant. I hope this helps.
