We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

2nd Review - 10/2/2018 We have heard nothing further from The Cruise Department regarding our complaint as you indicated would happen. We did write again to the sales consultant asking for a response to our request for a price match. NO RESPONSE from her either. So we will say again FLIGHT CENTRE would not charge a cent for a very early cruise cancellation. They also price match & MegaCruise for us means Mega Cancellation fees. So we cannot review the rating upwards ......
