Thank you for your feedback Alice it was much appreciated. Having listened to what's been said we have revised our selling process to make it a lot more intuitive and user friendly when your adding your unwanted travel reservations onto the website. As such if you have any unwanted bookings in the future get in touch and we'll do our best to help you out.

I want this service to work, but it doesn't, really.
As a first time user, I find the selling process deeply flawed. Misleading information on the screen, and difficult to edit. For example, my price in Euros was shown to be in Pounds, then back to ...

Platform doesn't help with marketing the tickets. More needs to be done to make the service popular.
