I was supper irritated about the restocking fee when I had to return a small portion of my order.

Please allow us to explain—since we do not stock the hardware ourselves, all orders are dropshipped directly to our customers from the manufacturer. When items are returned, we are required to send them back to the manufacturer, and unfortunately, a restocking fee is imposed upon us in the process. We hope this provides some clarity, and we appreciate your understanding.
