I'm sorry to hear on this occasion you feel our service was not what you expected it would be, based on a lack of contact. However, according to our records I am unable to find evidence that we failed to contact you until settlement.
Our records show that your claim was started in June 2023 and concluded in early December. Within this period we had correspondence with you each month (except July) by letter, and/ or email, to which you have replied, with Lauren handling your claim, supported by Sophia and Jasleen.
