We are really sorry about the delivery of the parcel. We only use Royal Mail because they are accepted to be the best at what they do, but it looks as if they let us all down and took the easy option with your parcel. There isn't much I can do about it now, but if you ever buy items from the website again, please put a note on the order and we will send the item recorded delivery for you. Thanks Lisa

A lot of websites don't practice what they preach and that frustrates us.
