We have learned from each defaulted loan and continue to improve our credit process. We also continue to increase the information that we review as part of each loan assessment. We understand that a number of our investors enjoy using the self-select accounts and we have no plans to remove these options. Thank you for highlighting the error in the ''manage account'' section, we have passed this on to our tech team to investigate.

Loan comments on late and defaulted loans are usually emailed to investors - please email investor@lendingcrowd.com with your details if you are not receiving these emails. We are currently reviewing the frequency of new loan comments to ensure that investors are kept up to date. Please note that in certain circumstances there may be information that cannot be made public and we may only receive infrequent updates. The recoveries process may be lengthened due to the involvement of third parties e.g., liquidators, courts.
