Dear Liz,
Apologies again for the service that you have received. Some of our staff are still trainee's and will not have been familiar with the post codes they were given unless some quick research was done on the locations. Nevertheless, we have refunded the full fee back to your account and hope that this has now been resolved for you.

Really interesting properties
I received my first alerts by email today. The properties are really interesting but it would be good if they were a bit more targeted to the areas I'm looking for, rather than countrywide.

I am receiving plenty of property alerts via email. However I am getting plenty in areas of the UK that I am not really interested in, ie, the South of England.

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.
We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.
