Keep clear!

Home insurance sold, never got documents in post. Tried to login, was told reference number won't be good enough. Tried to make a claim, was told won't be honoured. Pointless.

Your cover is fully active so there wouldn't be an issue in logging a claim with us. The reference for you to log in online would be the same policy number you've used here.
