First, I want to apologize for any sense that your preferences weren't heard. Our goal is to craft an experience that is exactly yours from beginning to end. I'm sorry about this shortcoming. I'm glad you liked most of the hotels chosen, but have noted the locations were not ideal. Regarding the transfer, we completely missed that, and we again apologize for the issues that caused, especially leading to you having less time in Florence. Regarding the Eden Project tickets, we regret that we couldn't make changes so close to departure, as they were nonrefundable at that point. We included them initially based on your request during the proposal stage. As for the London Pass, we appreciate your input on the three-day duration! While all prior documentation states this is a three-day pass, this is helpful to note for future planning as we organize guided days and time for travelers to use it. We apologize that the car was larger than anticipated and made driving on the country roads uncomfortable. Our 24/7 Traveler Hotline is designed for situations like these and we wish you had notified us while you were traveling, so we could have explored potential alternative options. Despite some of these challenges, I’m happy to know that you enjoyed your time in England overall! Again, feedback like yours aids us in continually bettering our processes for future travelers.
