I liked the way I got an email regarding delivery date, then on the day got an email saying the time it wud b delivered. Pleased with purchase and the way my order was dealt with.

Thank you for your reply. On putting my tree up I found another baubles had a hair line crack in in it they were the shiny pink ones. It looks like some one has put some thing heavy on the box they came in. The packing was flimsy to send by post just in 2 plastic bags loose then just put in a box. I would be grateful for a replacement
