As we sell our products business to business as well as business to consumer our approach to returns is a little different to a business who only supplies consumer goods. Due to the nature of the products we sell we also get far fewer requests for returns compared to a business that heavily focuses on fast moving consumer products so our process reflects this. We ask that you send us a email to confirm you wish to return the product, we then request a returns form be completed and issue a returns number. Hydrator arrived quickly, despite current issues. It's a good product, nicely finished with a "classy" look. Somehow managed to lose the instruction book but one was e-mailed quickly. Good service....
