We use an overnight trackable courier company which is why you paid £10 for the postage, as we endeavour to provide our customers with a fast, safe and reliable delivery service.

Product was a little damaged in the corners as I didn't buy it with the frame. For the money paid for postage I would have expected it possibly wrapped in bubble wrap or something to avoid this....
