Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Hi Kevin, very sorry to hear this. Although we encourage customers to check product as quickly as possible, it's not possible to keep the delivery drivers waiting while you check, as they are on a tachograph to ensure they are not working for too many hours, making them unsafe on the road. Product is checked before, shipping, but transit damage does happen. You have 24 hours to check after delivery (mentioned in out Ts and Cs), and we will replace damage 'no questions asked' within this time. For SpacePro products, delivered by HDS, you actually have 72 hours, ie an extra 48 hours, which is mentioned on your delivery note. Please get in touch if you need product again, and we will make a gesture of good will to make up for the scratch.
