Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

We apologise for the delay in your claims process and this doesn’t reflect our usually high customer service levels. We have discussed your claim with your insurer and they are going to take the necessary steps to insure all claims are reviewed and settled in a timely manner. Furthermore, we apologise that we were unable to offer a courtesy campervan. Unfortunately, the infrastructure just isn’t there for us to be able to guarantee a campervan in the event of a claim so a car is normally the only guaranteed alternative.

Gave up by phone, on hold much too long !

I wanted to renew my caravan insurance by phone with a query, but I gave up after many minutes on hold. I do not think it was free phone number ! I renewed with a cheque by post !

Unfortunately the number given was NOT an 0800 number it was 012277 243004 This is as given on renewal information first page !
