Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

I sent a check for our allotment insurance 2nd week in January 2018 and after phoning on Monday the 19th of Feb received the policy on the 22nd.I do not think this is a very good service.

Refused insurance because I had a no fault claim

I had a no fault claim due to a third party reversing into my car. Claimed off third party insurance. Because of this I was unfairly penalised.

As the claims were not disclosed during the original quote, once these came to light, we needed to quote with a different insurer and the basis of calculation changed.
