Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

OK thanks for your reply which is not totally satisfactory as I still resent paying for false claims. Please therefore quote for next year even though it's not due for renewal for a while based on value of £30000, mileage 5000 and stored in secure compound with a SORN from end Oct to end March. Please don't tell me you can't quote until 30 days before renewal as I want a quote to compare with others please. If you want my continued loyalty I'm afraid it's got to be based on a competitive quote.

Unfortunately Mr Campbell we are unable to give a valid motorhome insurance quote more than 30 days in advance. Motor insurance rates fluctuate regularly and is the principle reason why our insurer partners are unwilling to extend the quote period beyond 30 days.

Please rest assured we are working hard to secure the best possible rates for our customers from our insurer panel and you will be notified in plenty of time of any possible change to your renewal premium.
