Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

Good product but poor back office organisation affecting customer service

Unable to renew online. Unable to renew over the phone due to "system being down". Had to call back the next week and then go through another quote process just to renew an unchanged policy.

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the renewal of your policy. Upon investigation, we are aware that we did have IT issues preventing the speedy progression of your call, but also that the policy had already lapsed when you called us. This is why we are obliged to go through the quotation process again as a renewal can only be processed whilst the policy is still valid. Again apologies for the delay.
