The service was good but it was a long day especially the travelling time. I'd recommend to do Kangaroo Island in two days with an overnight in the island especially when travelling from Adelaide....
Friendly staff and well run tour, ran to schedule and great commentary by the driver. The safety briefing on the ferry on the way to KI was a bit faint.
Both bus drivers were well informed, chatty and helpful. The first really made the long ride to the ferry enjoyable. The second driver, on the Island was excellent as well. Both really responded...
From being picked up and to being dropped off it was a fantastic day. The drivers of each bus from the hotel, down to cape jervis and back to adelaide we very friendly
Booked the tour for monday, had problems with payment. They just cancelled the booking without letting us know and we waited at 6.45am for the bus to catch us up. No Bus, no Tour. I called the agency...

We have conducted a thorough investigation and as a result, a bug has been identified which allowed you to print out a confirmed itinerary when the booking had been cancelled due to non-payment. Drivers/guiders are friendly and professional. Lunch was good.
