Hey there, Roller! 🐹 We are sorry if the recent changes to the Achievements system caused any frustration. And we are happy to clarify 💛 The system recently received a major upgrade. You can now earn valuable rewards by completing Quests and Major Quests, as well as by actively using your Hamsters — sending them on expeditions and leveling them up brings meaningful in‑game benefits 🐹🚀 As for the older Achievements, their reward calculations are currently being rebalanced. This adjustment is made for economic consistency, as some previous rewards were too high or didn’t align well with the overall game balance. In short, it’s a balancing update focused on older achievements ⚖️ Thank you for sharing your feedback — it helps us improve! We’ll keep working on making RollerCoin even better, so stay tuned for more updates 🚀 Have an awesome day 😉

Hey there, Roller! 🐹 We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the game — that truly means a lot to us 💛 Regarding your XRP deposit: on the deposit page (https://rollercoin.com/wallet/xrp/deposit), there is a clear warning stating that a MEMO is required. Without entering the correct MEMO, the funds cannot be credited to your account: "Enter the MEMO and address. They are required for successfully depositing assets into your account." As RollerCoin is a game — not a banking or investment platform — we unfortunately don’t have the technical ability to recover or refund incorrectly sent deposits. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we truly sympathize — no one likes loosing their money, and still, rules and warnings are the same for everyone⚖️ Please make sure to carefully review all deposit and withdrawal details, including network requirements and additional fields like MEMO, before confirming any transaction. We’ll keep working hard to improve the platform and bring you more exciting updates 🚀 Have an awesome day 😉
