Thanks for your honest feedback. We're sorry for the difficulty you are experiencing. This is an unusual occurrence for us. After talking to our Technical team they have already advised that you need to change one setting in your router so the radiators can pair and connect. Once they have connected, you can change your router setting back to the original one and the radiators will still be connected. This will solve the problems connecting the radiator.
