We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Disappointingly complex guarantee registration procedure.

I had great difficulty uploading the installers invoice ( which is all I have) to verify my purchase. The usual method of attaching a photo of the invoice via my IPad photo library could not be used...

Thanks for your comments. Please note that the £100 competition is hosted by an external source (Gleam), which may have 3rd party cookies. We do not control these cookies and we suggest you check these third-party websites for more information about the cookies they use and how you can manage them. This is stated in our Privacy Policy.

We have looked into this and after conducting a thorough test, we could still enter the competition without enabling third party cookies. Third party cookies are when you enter the competition hosted on our website, via Gleam. If you see where it says "Cookies disabled" on the competition form, there is a green button underneath the "Cookies disabled" message that says "Click to enter". This will take you to an external page where you can enter without having to accept third party cookies. You then simply have to enter your name and email (used to contact you if you are the winner) and follow the steps to leave a review (part of the process as stated in our terms and conditions) and if you wish, continue with the extra actions to gain more entries. This is all done without enabling or accepting third party cookies. Here is the link to the none third party cookies external hosting platform where you can enter without enabling third party cookies:
