Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Mis-sold on the app

The iOS application is nowhere near as good as the online instruction videos suggested. It is very difficult to navigate and open doesn't work.

Thanks for your comments. We're sorry you haven't had a good experience with us and we'd like to apologise.

Our latest app update has had some issues, which we have now fixed. If you are still experiencing issues, please can you check the following:

1. Your Wi-Fi network is at least 2.4 Ghz or higher. The app/product won't work properly unless the network is at least this.

2. Your firmware is updated on the product itself. It needs to be version 53 or higher. You can check your firmware and update it by following this video and instructions. Video: https://youtu.be/9SRwU4Tz4aw.

3. Your product is connected to Wi-Fi and paired correctly. You might want to call our Tech Support team for this one to help with pairing. You can manually unlock your radiators on the control panel of the product itself. To do this press and hold the + and - keys on the radiator itself for at least 30 seconds. This will turn the radiator off and then you can turn it back on again unlocked. Please be aware that this will delete all programming in the radiator however, but it will be unlocked so you can connect to the app.

4. You delete and then reinstall the app and update it to the latest version. We launched a new release on Friday which should have fixed changing the colour screen.

If you still experience issues after the above, then please call our Tech Support on 0203 321 5929. They will be able to talk through the issues you're having and try to solve the problem via the phone. The department is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 until 17:30.

Thanks for your comments. We're really sorry you're having trouble with the registration process. We are aware that this is complicated and has some issues, but we're working on a new website with a completely different registration and product guarantee process, which we hope will alleviate these problems.

I can see you've successfully registered one D Series 3 element radiator. Please can you send your product ref and serial numbers along with proof of purchase to support@rointe.co.uk and we can manually add the rest for you?
