We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Shame about the follow up customer service

Installation and order process very good however follow-up non existent. . Although we have made two requests now we are still awaiting to hear back as to when the outdoor heater will be installed.

Would definately reccomend

Excellent service and even better installers. Ian and Steve were fantastic. The awning is not cheap but worth every penny. Well built, quiet motion and when lights are on very elegant

Good helpful service

All staff were helpful giving advice and answering questions. The awning itself is fabulous and we use it almost everyday. Staff were very helpful when I had a problem with the remote control.
