Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re navigating having the team return to the office safely so having the phones manned isn’t always possible at the moment - but our team are always on hand to answer questions on Live Chat so please do pop on there if you need assistance with a job. As a lot of the jobs are time-critical, briefs are provided in digital format to allow for speedy completion so unfortunately posting briefs and planograms isn’t always an option. Poor App ,very frustrating

I'm finding the app very frustrating. It's not very responsive and can take ages to input data and photos . The connection seems very poor. I use similar apps with out a problem so it's not my phone....
