Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Absolutely rubbish, was offered 1 months worth of jobs only managed to work 10 days.

Time consuming uploading pictures but I will try to upload in store

Too make duplicate questions & images to up load which excessive for product and fee of £7.50

Helpful but duplicated work on 2 systems

Redwigwam was in touch regularly and answered questions quickly. The system was easy to use, however I had to duplicate info on 2 systems and it took a long time.

Because I was given straight forward briefs which made tasks for assignment easy to carry out. Also assignments are local to me.

Could be better and more user friendly especially considering minimal fee.

App not user friendly and insists on whole receipt , but only give you option to upload 4 pictures.
