Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you so much for your reply. There is just one thing that you missed - the fact that you (RWW) seem to have removed live chat from your website. It is this that makes communication so difficult, rather than the fact your client did not reply! Anyway, overall a good experience and 4/5 isn't a bad rating, is it!

Yeah now you've mentioned it for some reason I keep getting repeat emails I did coupons but for some reason I still keep getting emails and notifications they are just getting beyond the joke maybe Just might be a setting on the app I just need to adjust I don't know but I thought it'll just mention it
